    Introduction

    The test method of Cavitation Corrosion and Erosion-Corrosion Characteristics Analyzer is: pump the sample with a standard aluminum automobile water pump, run it for 100h under the conditions of 113 ºC, 103kpa and pump speed of 4600r / min, and then check the water pump to determine the degree of cavitation corrosion, and grade it according to the grading system table.


    Characteristic

    1. The Cavitation Corrosion and Erosion-Corrosion Characteristics Analyzer is composed of operation and display, heating control, speed control, pressure control, flow control system and supporting components;
    2. Motor: used for coolant circulation drive, linked with water pump;
    3. Water pump: the standard ASTM D method requires imported water pump;
    4. Vacuum pressure gauge: digital display of real-time pump inlet vacuum;
    5. Throttle valve: used to regulate the flow rate of water pump;
    6. Heater: heat the coolant to the test temperature;
    7. Liquid storage tank: stores cooling liquid for pipeline system;
    8. Heat exchanger: provide 35 ~ 38 ºC test temperature through cooling water heat exchange;
    9. Regulating valve: three regulating valves are used to adjust vacuum degree and test pressure;
    10. Pressure gauge: displays the pressure during the test;
    11. Expansion tank: steam expansion device
