Summary

The cohesion tester is in accordance with the people's Republic of China industry standard JTG E20-2011 Standard Test Methods for Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering in T 0754-2011 " Slurry mixture cohesion test " provisions of the design and manufacture of it. Suitable for measuring the degree of bonding emulsion and aggregate, it is a special equipment to determine the traffic opening time after slurry seal construction; it is a key equipment of the emulsified asphalt slurry seal mixture ratio test.

I. Main technical features

1. The bonding force test machine is a floor structure, the design is novel, the structure is stable, and the use is convenient.

2. The structure design of the instrument, test apparatus of the specifications of the size are accord with the requirement of T0754 standard.

3. The cohesion test apparatus has the advantages of convenient carrying ,can do indoor test, can also be used in the construction site, widely applicable to all construction units, research institutes, the analysis and determination of emulsified asphalt and aggregate bonding degree of test.
