Summary

The lubricating oil aging characteristic tester is applicable to measuring the aging characteristics of petroleum based lubricating oil,which have an evaporation loss of less than 15 % mass fraction, and the petroleum based lubricating oil with or without additives. It is also suitable for lubricating oils with antioxidant additives and ash cleaning dispersants.

I. Main technical features
1.The aging characteristic tester is a bench type, including a stainless steel bath and a precision flowmeter.
2.The aging characteristic tester adopts stainless steel structure with ceramic coating;
3.Stainless steel bath is equipped with faucet valve, efficient thermal insulation effect;
4.Electronic agitator with stainless steel paddle rod and blade;
5.The aging characteristic tester uses stainless steel heater ;
6.Precision flowmeter with needle valve and calibration certification. The flow rate is 250ml/min;
7.Air filter with glass wool;
8.The aging characteristic tester adopts Imported Omron PID temperature controller, digital display temperature, accuracy 0.1 ºC
9.Operating temperature range: room temperature ~ 200 ° C;
10.Safety measures to prevent overheating or low liquid level.
